The vision for a Women & Children’s Centre is alive and well. We continue to pray for God to led in this area of ministry growth. While several zoning and engineering obstacles have presented themselves these last years, we are confident that God’s timing is at the forefront of our prayers for next steps.
We continue to own the 10 acres parcel on McCoubrey Rd, where Love Reins Ranch operates, providing discipleship and evangelism to our Okanagan Men’s Centre students and thousands of young children in the Kelowna and Lake Country community. We know that God is faithful and that He will direct our the timing and location of our future Women’s & Children’s home.
Until then, we will continue to assess what’s needed to realize this speciaized level of care – assessing needs, exploring community resources, potential affiliate partnerships, and the education and professional standards required to undertake the care of women and children with excellence.
